Hi, I'm Rebecca

With over 15 years of counseling experience, I offer individual, couples and group counseling for those struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, stress management, life transitions, or those who just want clear the obstacles that are getting in the way of a life of happiness and meaning.

My clients have told me that they find me to be engaged in therapy, with a good dose of humor and common sense.  As part of helping people nurture their lives, I also incorporate mindfulness and art activities to enhance therapy when helpful.

In therapy, one size does not fit all. As we work together, I will recommend a course of action based on using one or a combination of the following types of therapy below. I can also include art activities, such as drawing mandalas, coloring, or collage, to enhance therapy, when helpful.
